Wisdom Organics is unlike any other dispensary out there - the compassion shown here really touches me! Aaron and Adela are very down to earth, genuinely nice folks. You don't meet many people like them anymore nowadays. Verification is quick and painless. Upon entering you see that they have a full hash bar set up in the middle; a chilling area to the left; and their budroom to the right. It may be a little small but the atmosphere is so welcoming size doesn't even matter.

Now onto the most important part - the bud. They have a nice selection of flowers to choose from all which are extremely potent! I didn't not see a flower in this shop that was not a worthy contender for purchase. However their Headband is where it's at! I originally got an 1/8th of their Sour D, which is also dank, but after trying some of their Headband I had to get some! Aaron generously let me trade a G of my Sour D for a G of their Headband.

The Headband had more of a stoney effect for me than an energetic one. Leads me to believe it's an Indica dominant hybrid. Either way - it's FIRE! Nice dense nugs covered in trichs from the inside out. Smoke carries with it a nice lung expansion upon inhale and a smooth exhale. If you're heading to Wisdom do yourself a favor and check out this strain!

The Sour D was a nice pick as well with nice popcorn like nugs and frosty trichs covering it's leafs. Not as potent as the Headband but Aaron hooked it up for just $45 an 1/8th so I'm not complaining!

The whole vibe of this place just brings smiles to my face. Such a drama free environment. This is what every dispensary should be like. Thanks for providing the MMJ community with an awesome spot to hang out and pick up on our much needed meds.

This is a bittersweet review to write for me especially since EMC has been my top spot for months. However, it seems like that may have all came to an end. I decided to go back to my main spot to pick up some dank meds for my weekend - should have gone somewhere else.

I walked in and had a nice conversation with the owner of the shop and their male BT. Don't get me wrong, the staff here is awesome! As I proceeded to check out their strains I decided to go with a split 1/8th of Pineapple Express and Atomic Kush, both were considered their "top shelf." The actually scent of both of these flowers is what made me decide to purchase them. They didn't look too bad either but I should have probably inspected them a little more before I bought them.

When I came home and smoked both of them I was soo disappointed. Where'd the trichs go? The hairs? Where's that part when the bud keeps getting stuck to your finger cuz it's that sticky? To me, that's what ANY top shelf flower should have. It was such a disappointment to me that I even went back and asked if I could perhaps trade what I had for something else. I was going to ask for my money back but I couldn't see myself doing that. I got a gram of "bubba kush" and a gram of blue dream since I had already smoked like 1.5 Gs of the other stuff.

I guess this is another reason I won't be going back to this shop - they didn't give me anything for my troubles of having to go back there to get "decent" meds (the bubba was so-so at best, blue dream more decent). They gave me an exact 1.0 of each and sent me on my way. I'm not saying that I was entitled to getting a little something extra but that's just good customer service, especially since I've been going there for months! It's all good though.

EMC - PLEASE BRING BACK THE DANKS! YOU'RE PATIENTS HAVE HIGHER STANDARDS FOR YOU!

Saw their ad in the reader and they had a 5 gram 1/8th first timer deal so I decided to check them out. They are located in downtown but not a part that's crazy busy which is great. Parking is easy and the building is very easy to find.

The dispensary itself is pretty big, they even have their own little lounge room off to the side - nice. The staff is chill and the BT was cool. They had a nice selection when I went in some where not so impressive but others were. I ended up getting my 5 gram 1/8th split between Jack Here and Sour D. Not going to lie, these weren't the best batch of either strain that I've had in the past but they were decent. 4 stars.

Jack Herer: This Jack had that distinct Jack odor to it which is a definite plus. It's nugs are composed of a lighter shade of green with long narrow leafs covered in tiny trichs. Few orange hairs here and there but not to the extent that it should have in my opinion. It's smoke is not as good as it's appearance which was disappointing. Don't get me wrong it got me high but not that intense head rush I normally gain from this strain.

Sour D: This Sour D has such a sweet aroma to it - reminds me of those scented candles. It's more potent then the Jack and its nugs are denser. It's leaves are short and skinny with much more visible orange hairs. Trichs decorate every inch of this flower. It's a great smoke, super smooth and tasty. Perfect day time smoke.

Came to check this place out with Zombie after I had the chance of trying some of their flowers before hand. They were some nice flowers so I was looking forward to scoping them out. The time I spent in their waiting room was the more educational experience I've ever had in a waiting room haha. They had this video about growing on; it was very informing I liked it. The budroom is decent size and they have a nice selection of flowers that are cleverly by having sativas on one side and indicas on the other side. Very nice (Borat accent).

They def have some fire, I'd stick to strictly top shelf at this place though. I didn't see anything that was worth purchasing as mid and bottom shelf. I ended up getting some Sour OG.

This Sour OG has such an OG scent to it, I just lay my nose hovering over the nug breathing in slowly. It's scent alone won me over. It's nice dense nugs shine when broken apart, the trichs really become visible. It burns nice and slow producing a smoke thats not too thick. Nice head high, has my thoughts on overdrive mode haha.

This place has a nice top shelf selection and a chill ass staff. Go check em out :)

I finally made a visit to SD Green Care with some buddies a few days for my first time. It's an easy spot to find and there is plenty of parking so no need to worry about that. The set up could be a little better there was a poster on the wall that looked like a marijuana porno poster or something. I just remember thinking what the?? But whatever they have a TV in the budroom which is pretty cool. The BT that was there that night was friendly and let us take as much time as needed to pick out our buds. There's flowers were decent but it seemed to me that perhaps they were too fresh still. I ended up getting an 1/8th of their Lemon OG.

The scent of the Lemon OG is exactly what it should be. It has an nice OG scent to it but the exhale taste very lemony. It's a nice smooth smoke, doesn't cause a choke or anything. To me this hybrid's sativa dominance really stands out. The reason why I stated earlier that I thought the batch was too fresh is because I enjoyed smoking the Lemon OG a few days after purchase. It lit better and the taste was more noticeable upon exhale. The overall high wasn't the best I've had. It's a nice smoke to get you by but not the best batch of Lemon OG that I've smoked.

Overall I would recommend this place but I wouldn't put it down as a must stop shop.

After reading so much reviews about this spot I decided to finally pay them a visit yesterday afternoon. Their verification process is a little more extensive than other dispensaries but nothing too bad. The whole shop itself is definitely not the fanciest but who cares that's not my problem with this shop. In my opinion their "top" shelf which is capped at $60 is just too much. Now I don't mind paying $60 and 1/8th when the quality is their and from previous bad experiences I tend to only look at the top shelf section and maybe the mid shelf if something catches my eye. So I ended up with a split 1/8th of Jack the Ripper and some Lamb's Bread. Appearance wise these flowers are amazing! Rich with hairs and trichs and each of them have their own distinct odor what you just can't pull your nose away from. The Jack is very, very tasty. It's soo sweet that smiling is all I can do after each hit. The Lamb's Bread are a more pungent smell to it than the Jack but it doesn't taste as sweet as the Jack. The high off the Lamb's Bread is amazing - such a great sativa. I smoked a bowl and went to work feeling great. HOWEVER - for $60 an 1/8th I was disappointed in the potency of these flowers. I'm not saying the quality isn't their for the price I don't think it's up to par. I've had other flowers for $50-55 that were on the same level, and even better than the Jack and the Lamb's. This place is still great though they have good flowers for $55 an 1/8th as well that look amazing as well. I guess I won't be really purchasing their "top" shelf again though.

I went to THC for my third visit a few nights ago. Let me start off by saying that this is the most clean and professional looking dispensary that I have gone to. Bud room has plenty of room and there is a sick mural on the wall with a crazy eye in the middle. I've had 2 different BTs, both very chill guys. Had a nice lil convo with both of them. Last night I was a little bit in a rush and aleady knew I wanted a sativa so I only looked at their sativas and didn't get to check out their other strains. However the two sativas I did check out were quality! I ended up getting a split 1/8th of Green Crack and Headband.

Headband: This headband has a nice sweet odor to it but not too sweet. It has dense nugs full of trichomes and hairs. The smoke was a nice little surprise for me because since the odor was not too sweet I wasn't expecting such a pleasant taste in my mouth. I mean I knew it was going to taste good but not THAT good haha. The smoke was so smooth and tasty, I really enjoyed it. Quality is def. there, after a bowl I was already starting to feel it's effects :)

Green Crack: This Green Crack has a stronger, sweeter odor than the Headband did. It's nugs are less dense as well which allows for the trichs to really stand out. It's leafs are long and narrow like any good sativa should be. The taste had more of an earthy taste than the Headband. Potency is on point. This is some good stuff haha.

I def recommend this spot and I will be returning as well. Thanks for the meds!

I've gone to PHG a few times before in the past and have never left disappointed. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a nice step up. Everything is clean and professional looking, they also have an ATM on site.

Their bud room is very spacious which allows for many people to be let into the back. Even though once you are in the back if there happens to be a person a person in front of you, you may have to wait for a little bit but it's not a big deal. You can look at their buds and come up with a general idea of what you want while you wait. It's worth the wait too.

Bud quality is def. there. I have only tried their $45-50 strains so I wouldn't be able to tell you about anything they have for a lower donation. What I have tried from them which is the AK-47, PHG OG, Tangerine, Mean Green, and Green Grapes. All on point! My personal fav. was probably the Mean Green. What stands out about the strains in this dispensary is their smell! Just go in and smell their buds, you will fall in love!

This spot is kind of hidden you have to really pay attention to the little entrance for this shop. It's located in the same spot where you'll see this sign that says "Honey Cafe." Anyways it may be hidden but it's well worth finding. The compassion shown at this dispensary is unlike any other that I've seen. They always, always go on the heavy side when weighing out meds and it's greatly appreciated!

The staff is great! Maybe the female receptionist can look a little more happy but besides that all the BTs are very chill and knowledgeable. Whenever I am torn between a few strains they always give me the best recommendations.

Now on to the most important thing - their bud. EMC has a wide selection to choose from; anywhere from their house special ($35 1/8) to their top shelf dank ($55 1/8) and many strains that fall in between that price range. I have purchased bud from every single shelf and have always left happy. Just yesterday I stopped in a split an 1/8 of their Grinch OG and their Canna Sutra. Both are dank! Perhaps not the best FIRE you can find in SD but it's def worth the $50 that I paid.

Grinch OG: Nugs are small but not too dense. It has a lighter green tone to it and the trichs make it look as if it has a sugar coat on top. The scent is not too strong for this particular batch. Their last batch was dankier in my opinion. However this is still a great smoke. Very smooth and tasty. Great sativa.

Canna Sutra: This is the 1st time I smoke this particular strain but was intrigued by its perfuming odor. As soon as I opened the jar, that whiff of sheer sweetness was too good to turn down. This bud has a more "modest" appearance but upon closer examination the beauty of this strain really stood out. Round headed trichs cover its leafs along with hairs spurting out of angle. After smoking this I couldn't stop talking haha. I had a very active evening.

EMC is a great spot. They carry fire and if you're on a budget they will hook it up!
