SDWR Sessions #13: Chem's PadWho robbed the candy store? Ah, nothing like Starbursts to kill sweat-sock mouth! I think you guys may have gotten a buzz from all that - hope you didn't drive! :-)
not bad for me.3GPThanks Chris! Yeah - I need a mini torch, too. But I have a history with Bics!!
Located on El Cajon Blvd, this collective's area can appear to be a bit shady after sunset. Thankfully they are open until 12am.
I decided to check this dispensary out because it's really close and my friend had recommended it to me. Plus, they're open at hours that any conceivable stoner could make ;). Usually I'll be running in late only to discover that the club I was trying to visit is long closed, and slump home, defeated. This time, however, the lights were on.
I parked in the empty lot and checked my surroundings, the coast was clear. I made for the door and was buzzed in. I always hate having to deal with these systems as I never lived in an apartment complex before; I grab it too early and stand there holding it like an idiot or something along those lines...But fortunately this wasn't an issue. I like the ones that just kinda pop open, and don't require effort :). Once inside I pulled out my paperwork and ID, sliding it under the counter window.
A few signatures and initials later, I walked over to the bud room. The walls remind me of the plain white walls in my room, and we can agree that keeping it simple is best. Different strains ranging from mids to topshelf are all available. Upon further inspection, I could only see myself donating for the 55 shelf flowers and up. They looked decent, had alright trichage and an excess of trim. I honestly only remember one killer strain they had, going for 20/g and 65 an 8er. Too much. Tons of milky trichs, smaller popcorn nugs, not too sticky, and not too potent smelling. Still, it was very dense and reflective, for 50 I may have tried it but that wasn't an option.
Maybe I came in on an off time but no flowers really appealed to me, and I walked out with just a brownie to try and a free one as well! I'm picky but for what it's worth the dank bank makes a huge commitment to the community and patients by being open that late, and providing meds to those on busier schedules. I can't judge their flowers on one visit and will be back when the time arises.
The staff was very helpful and tentative, supplying a free edible of choice for being a first time patient. Also, they have a referral program for freee concentrates.
A good experience all around, I would recommend the bank to any patient in need.
